Tin Robot Co. produces made‑to‑order t‑shirts and hoodies. This policy explains how production, shipping, and delivery times work.

1. Processing & Production Times

All garments are printed on demand by my production partners (Printify). Orders are fulfilled from the closest available location (UK, EU, or USA) depending on stock and garment choice.

Typical production time: 2–5 working days Busy periods (Christmas, sales, etc.): 3–7 working days

Custom artwork orders may take slightly longer depending on complexity.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using Royal Mail or courier services depending on the order size.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

UK Standard: 2–4 working days
UK Tracked: 1–2 working days
International: 5–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Incorrect Addresses
